The Kids of Ukraine career guidance program helps adolescents aged 11–17 discover their calling, explore modern professions, and confidently plan their future. For many teenagers who have experienced relocation, the loss of familiar surroundings, and educational disruptions due to the war, the question “What do I want to become?” can feel overwhelming.
We create a space where this question transforms into an exciting journey of discovery.
How the Program Works
We help adolescents explore their professional interests through visits to leading companies. During these excursions, participants learn about contemporary professions and educational opportunities.
These experiences inspire teens to set goals and plan their lives despite past challenges.
Participants meet with successful professionals from various fields, gaining insights into real-life career paths and understanding that success is possible even after difficult circumstances.
To address gaps in learning, we provide relevant and up-to-date programs for youth. Our courses cover IT, psychology, preparation for standardized exams, financial literacy, media literacy, conflict resolution, and other essential skills.
These courses help teenagers grow, discover new opportunities, and confidently build their future.
Career guidance and educational courses within the “SviTY” program are integrated with psychological support, creative activities, and summer camps, creating a holistic environment for adolescent recovery and development.
