The original initiative
by Iryna Mazur
“Talk to Me, Body,” was created specifically for mothers of participants in the “SviTY” program, recognizing that parents’ emotional well-being directly impacts the welfare of their children.
This unique initiative combines psychological support with art therapy through photography. Each session includes a circle of trust guided by an experienced psychologist and a professional photo session, helping women reframe their relationship with their own bodies, appreciate their uniqueness, and cultivate inner confidence.
The project aims to support mothers’ psycho-emotional well-being during periods of personal transformation and help them maintain their internal resources. Regular sessions provide a safe space where each woman can feel community support, gain renewed strength for personal growth, and experience emotional healing.
Professional photography serves as a tool for self-discovery and as a way to highlight important social initiatives, emphasizing the strength and unity of Ukrainian families during challenging times.
