Toy Therapy Room at the SviTY Space in Zhytomyr

A new psychological support tool has appeared at the SviTY space in Zhytomyr – the Toy Therapy Room. The room was created using the methodology of renowned Ukrainian art therapist Victoria Nazarevych and is built on a simple yet powerful idea: a soft toy can become a genuine emotional resource – bringing comfort, inspiration, and helping to process difficult feelings.

Every Saturday from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, a psychologist works alongside visitors, helping each person find “their” toy and gently supporting them in experiencing their emotions. The space is open to everyone, regardless of age. Anyone can contribute – by bringing a soft toy to the space or sending one by post, giving it a new home and offering someone warmth and support.
