Reetta Rajala

Reetta Rajala is board and people change professional with rock-solid experience in 100+ corporate changes and transformations in Finnish companies ranked among the top 50. She holds a master’s degree in Economics from Helsinki School of Economics at Aalto University. She is also the founder of the leading change leadership consultancy in the Nordics with a successful exit in 2021. Currently, Reetta advises entrepreneurs and start-ups and is an active board member for multiple unlisted companies.

Reetta has been active in organizing peace events in Finland in the beginning of the war in Ukraine and in September 2022. She supports projects planning to re-build Ukraine.

Olena Sotnyk

Olena Sotnyk is a prominent Ukrainian human rights defender, lawyer and women's advocate. Currently serving as Adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, she focuses on European and Euro-Atlantic integration, advocating for Ukraine's humanitarian rights abroad, and addressing sexual violence and genocide by Russian forces.

For almost two years already, Olena has served as the Senior Representative for Rasmussen Global in Ukraine. Together with her team, she supports Ukrainian entities in mobilising support and resources abroad, as well as conducts research on the dynamics of the Russian aggression.

As a former member of the Ukrainian Parliament, Olena is a well-known legislator and public policy maker in areas such as rule of law, judicial-system reform, anti-corruption, and youth policy. She represents Ukraine internationally, holding key positions in organisations like the Council of Europe, and is a leading voice against Russian aggression abroad.

She is a co-founder of the GrandStrategyUA organisation, which partners with top universities and companies to provide Ukraine’s public servants with essential learning and networking opportunities for rebuilding the nation after the victory.

Given her extensive experience and international network, she aims to leverage these assets for the benefit of Kids of Ukraine. She understands how to engage with donors, attract investments to non-profit initiatives, and implement targeted strategies and stakeholders mapping, all of which will greatly benefit Kids of Ukraine's projects.

Dmytro Melnykovych

Dmytro Melnykovych is a mentor for personal brands, an entrepreneur, and an expert in PR and digital marketing. He consults business owners and top executives, helping them build strong brands with deep-rooted values.

From 2014 to 2024, Dmytro was the founder and owner of the digital marketing agency WOO COMPANY, and he continues to actively expand his expertise in personal branding and social responsibility.

Dmytro joined Kids of Ukraine because he shares our values and believes in the importance of our mission. As an ambassador, he will help promote our activities, support the foundation’s educational initiatives, and spread our mission to his audience.
