Antonina Kurets

Antonina Kurets is a CIPD certified People Expert and an ICF coach, with over 23 years of experience in international corporate business. Antonina is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success. Based in Lviv, Ukraine, she currently serves as the Head of HR at PwC Lviv SDC, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping organizational strategy and fostering a culture of excellence. She is also the Head of the European Business Association HR committee, further solidifying her reputation as a respected leader in the field.

Antonina's expertise extends beyond her role at PwC; she has previously served as the Head of HR for industry leaders such as VEON, Fujikura, and CVG, where she spearheaded the establishment of their businesses in Ukraine from inception. Her contributions have been instrumental in driving growth and success for these organizations.

Oleksandra Shymborska

Oleksandra Shymborska is attorney at law and entrepreneur. She combines private legal practice and governing of manufacturing business. She has more than 15 years of professional experience in tax litigation in Ukraine, defending clients' interests before courts on tax matters, and appealing against legal acts and judicial decisions issued by competent tax authorities. She is managing partner at MS Partners, law firm and CEO at Technopack, Production Company. Oleksandra is a responsible individual with extensive experience in leadership and business development. She has a clear vision for the company and is capable of implementing strategic initiatives to achieve success.

Andrii Antonenko

Andriі Antonenko is an entrepreneur, investor, and writer. 25 years of business and investment experience. He is the founder of UVT GROUP, an architectural and development company that develops development concepts, designs airports, office centers, and residential neighborhoods. He is the author of the book for entrepreneurs "Development from the Center". He has many years of experience in meditation, yoga, and later mentoring for entrepreneurs, working with staff, and enterprise development strategies. He is currently actively involved in reconstruction projects and helping people.
